Generally when you travel to other countries by plane, you should carry less weight (i.e.) you can carry 20kg. So if you carry extra weight it will be not allowed and the weighing scale used for this purpose is called as bagging scale. Both analog and digital scale has its own merits and de merits and used for specific purposes.
